Supports organizational leadership, coordinates major initiatives, and helps programs and committees remain aligned with the mission.

Start a Chapter
A Lead H.E.R. chapter gives girls a structured space to participate in mentorship, leadership development, public speaking, career readiness, and service.
Middle school girls are paired with high school mentors, while high school girls receive guidance from college-aged mentors. Chapters can host virtual career panels, leadership workshops, speaking activities, school-based service projects, and recruitment events.
